Rid Roads of Impaired Drivers

Did you know that you can read the daily court lists at the Nanaimo Courthouse?

With a little bit of knowledge you can translate:

• 253(a) - Driving while impaired
• 253(b) - Drive with a BAC over 80 mg%
• 254(5) - Fail to provide breath sample
