Rid Roads of Impaired Drivers

CBC News reports on a repeat drunk driver who hit and killed a woman in a wheelchair. The judge sentenced him to life in prison, but declined to designate Roger Walsh a dangerous offender despite a long criminal record, including 114 convictions for assault, uttering threats, breaking and entering, and theft, in addition to the 19 drunk-driving convictions.
